The Urban League of Greater Columbus, Inc. is excited to present its largest community benefit fundraiser. The 18th Annual Equal Opportunity Day Awards Dinner, Black-Tie GALA and National Urban League Membership Drive.
It is our pleasure to invite you to support this year’s spectacular event on Wednesday, October 08, 2014 in the Columbus Convention and Trade Center’s Grand Ballroom. Reception and Silent Auction commencing at 6:15 p.m.. The Awards Dinner commencing at 7:00 p.m., featuring the dynamic keynote speaker, Marc H. Morial, National Urban League President and CEO. This year’s theme is, “Accessing the Dream”.
In 2014, the EOD event will celebrate a "community for all," recognizing the critical role we all play in creating an inclusive community. Please join us in our mission to empower and assist others, in equally accessing the dream, to the economic mainstream of jobs, education, affordable housing and healthcare. Our EOD event represents the essence of the work that the Urban League does each day to foster economic empowerment - educating and equipping individuals and families with the tools and resources needed to improve their quality of life.
