What We Do

Education and Youth Jobs Empowerment Program

  • Summer STEAM Program (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art & Math) for kids grades K5-8th in collaboration with the Civic Center, Georgia Power, Pratt Recycling, Parks & Rec. Boys and Girls Club, Girls Inc, and Columbus MakesIT
  • Summer STEM Medical Camp for High School and College Students ages 16 o 24 who are interested in going into the medical field. In partnership with Tree of Life Health Care, Columbus Regional Health Care, St. Francis Hospital, CSU, Columbus Tech/Dr. Robert Wright Medial Technology Science Center and Morehouse School of Medicine   
  • Summer Youth Jobs for High School and College Students 16 to 24 (employing over 100 youth in our community each year through the Summer Jobs and Job Training Program
  • After School Mentoring Program
  • Senior and Adult Computer Skills Workshop

  • Prison to Work Re-Entry Employment Program in Collaboration with the Department of Labor, Muscogee County Jail, The Columbus Transition Center and The Governor’s Office of Transition and Support  Prison Re-Entry Initiative
  • Budget and Life Skills Coaching for the disadvantaged and under-served
